Its the most wonderful time of the year. With the kids jingle belling,And everyone telling you,Be of good cheer,Its the most wonderful time of the year. Eddie Pola, George Wyle I remember waking up on Christmas Day when I was 6 years old as if it was yesterday. I got up really early and saw that it was snowing out (with lots of snow already on the ground). Looking out through my fogged windows I thought I spotted something different in my front yard. Yes, there was something different! Someone had placed several life-size Reindeer figures in our yard. I was so excited, I remember running into my parents room to tell them and to ask if I could go outside to see the Reindeer. My parents were as surprised as I was, but I needed to wait until my older sister was ready before I could go out. While waiting for my sister (she always took forever to get ready), someone rang our doorbell. I heard someone tell my father that they had delivered the Reindeer to the wrong house and were now going to take them away. I was so disappointed, even opening my presents did not cheer me up that Christmas Day.
